Prepare Yourself For The Vendors Of Week Three
Two weeks down, plenty of more to go! We’ve had a blast at Fordham Plaza so far and we can’t wait to bring some new vendors to you this week. If you’re showing up, remember to wear your mask, wash your hands, once you grab your food head to the dining area to eat, and follow all social distancing guidelines. Alright now that we got that out of the way, let’s see what the lineup is for week three.
It’s Cocotaso’s first weekend of the year and they are ready to give you the tastiest traditional home-style Puerto Rican food in the game! It’s all about the pernil for them, garlicky slow roasted pork shoulder, succulent and tender with crunchy outer bits mixed in. Delicioso! It’s also the first weekend for Pizza Vitale, a mobile pizza truck with a traditional wood burning oven inside! Along with these newbies, we have some OG’s back too! Don Ceviche, Empanada Papa, and The Fried Kitchen will be at your service on Saturday and Sunday. If you’re interested in the sweet vendors of the market, SAM’S FRIED ICE CREAM, Island Love LLC, and Jugo Juice will be serving up allllll the sugary goodness.
